PRM's New Giving Experience is Live!

Thank you for your faithful partnership with Portland Rescue Mission! Your consistent generosity provides hope and lasting transformation for men, women, and children experiencing homelessness, addiction, and trauma.

We're excited to share that we have upgraded our online giving platform (RaiseDonors)! This upgrade makes your giving experience simpler, while also providing us with improved tools to better serve you as one of our valued ministry partners.

What's The Next Step?

If you have never given before or if you don't give on a monthly schedule, you don't need to do anything! After your next donation, you will receive an email confirming that donation with a button at the bottom to view your donor portal (see the next section for more information on this).

If you do give on a monthly schedule, your monthly giving will continue automatically. You do not need to update your bank, debit, or credit card information; we are in the process of transferring your donation information over to the new system.

After your first donation has been processed, you'll need to create an account. See the next section for instructions on how to do this.

How Do I Access The New Donor Portal?

You will not be able to access the portal with your current login, but don't worry, we'll walk you through the steps! Before you can log in to your account, a donation must be processed by the new system. Follow the steps below:

1. Make a donation or wait for one of your recurring donations to process.
2. Wait for a donation confirmation email that will be sent to the email we have on file.
3. Click the "Donor Portal Login" button at the bottom of the email.
4. Click "Reset your password" and follow the steps to reset your password.
5. Log in - and that's it!
