Bryan Fowler

Bryan oversees Portland Rescue Mission's New Life Recovery Program for Men at The Harbor. After visiting and volunteering at Portland Rescue Mission (PRM) in 2020, he continued to learn more about the vision and mission of PRM over the next two years. In 2022, he officially accepted the position of Director of Men’s Ministry. Bryan has over 25 years of experience serving in pastoral ministry in a variety of different capacities, from overseeing youth ministry, global missions, church planting, leading discipleship training schools, and many other leadership responsibilities. 

Bryan loves working with teams, developing teaching and discipleship cultures, recruiting and developing leaders, and being out in the local community to represent the vision and mission of the Portland Rescue Mission. He is passionate about working with the PRM staff to continue to bring Christ-centered hope and healing to our community.
